Prior to a cocktail party at the home of Barbara Bauer and Bill Stroud invitees stopped at the famous sculpture of galloping horses in Ruidoso Downs for a group photo.

At the cocktail party on the outdoor patio guests, collectors and cuemakers meet and share some Vueve Clicquot champagne.

Immediately after the cocktail party we all went to the Hubbard Museum of the American West for an arranged dinner.

The following day was the Josswest invitational golf tournament. It was an afternoon event at the Links Golf course adjacent to the host hotel, the Hawthorne Suites. Dinner that night was at the Texas club.

On Saturday the first International Cue Collectors Show was held in the Ruidoso Civic Center. Cue collectors and cuemakers put their cues on display for attendees and guests.

The farewell dinner and award ceremony was held a a local French restaurant Le Bistro.
