Most attendees arrived early Thursday afternoon and after becoming familiar with the hotel were off to the one-pocket class at Rick Rogers’ home. After returning to the Stein Ericksen Lodge a group photo was taken in the lobby before everyone went to the cocktail party.

On Friday morning a cue collecting seminar was held in the ballroom of the hotel. After a brief welcome by Bill Stroud, Rick Rogers spoke about his passion for cue collecting. He was followed by Jerry McWorter who spoke about his personal approach to cue design.

The next speaker was Paul Drexler who made a presentation on Exotic woods using a variety of samples. Then came Jim Stadem discussing Intarsia and how Samsara uses these techniques in their cues. The morning session was concluded by Bill Stroud and Thomas Wayne with an overview of 4 axis design and construction

That afternoon Rick Rogers arranged a tour to Sundance followed by dinner at the Snake Creek Grill in Heber, Utah. The remainder of the evening was spent in a small pool tournament at the hotel.

Saturday afternoon was the International Cue Collectors Show in the grand ballroom.

That evening was the final dinner in the hotel dinning room.
